DELIVERY VIA POSTNL
Monnq.com cooperates with the PostNL Parcel Service. Ordered on weekdays before 17:00 is shipped the same day. Through PostNL you will receive a track and trace code as soon as the order is shipped. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, PostNL will try to deliver the package the next day. If not, you can pick up the parcel the next day at a PostNL collection point. PostNL will leave a message in your mailbox telling you where you can pick up the package. The parcel will remain there for three weeks.

Tip: Are you not at home very often? Have the parcel delivered directly to the PostNL collection point.

DELIVERY TIMES
Ordered on weekdays before 17:00 is shipped the same day. Do you order in the weekend? Then we will send the package on Monday and you will receive it on Tuesday.

• Belgium: for orders of or above € 39,99 or more, we do not charge shipping costs. For orders under € 39,99 or less, we charge € 7.95 shipping costs.
• Germany: for orders of or above € 39,99 or more we do not charge shipping costs. For orders under € 39,99 or less, we charge € 7.95 shipping costs.

DELAYED DELIVERY
If a delivery is delayed, we will try to notify you as soon as possible. Check the current status of your order via the special track and track link you received from us via email.
