Refund and Returns Policy

If the product you have chosen is not to your liking, you can notify us within 14 days after receiving your purchase. After notifying us of the return, you have 14 days to return the product(s) to us. We appreciate it if the item is returned, as far as reasonably possible, complete, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

You can return an order via our shipping portal or check the email you received from us. Go to and enter your Track & Trace code or Barcode that you received from us via email + your postcode. (The barcode starts with 3SOFJZ and can be found on the shipping label that we attached to the box or shipping bag.) Then you will see an overview of our shipment to you and when it was delivered. At the bottom of this overview, you have the option to download a return label.

Indicate on the packing slip which product you are returning to us.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. It is not mandatory to give a reason for the withdrawal, but it would be appreciated as we can improve our processes for brands where it repeatedly goes wrong.

It is important that the return is requested through the shipping portal. If a package sticker is purchased at a delivery service such as PostNL, we cannot reimburse the package. Please note: include your order number when returning.

We will refund the money for your order (including any paid shipping costs for your order) as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after revocation on the same payment method / account number as the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No costs will be charged for the refund. We may wait to refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.


  • The return costs with us are € 3.50. We will cover the other half. Request a return label via our shipping portal
  • The product is unused and undamaged if possible. If a product is used, damaged, or not properly packaged when returned, we may charge for this.
  • The product is complete. Original packaging, tags, and labels are still attached if reasonably possible.
  • Include your order number if possible when returning. (Often also on the return label)


  • When returning, you will receive a refund for both the returned products and the shipping costs you may have paid when ordering. The cost for returning the package is € 3.50.

  • Requesting a return label via our shipping portal is much easier.

RETURN POLICY OUTSIDE THE NETHERLANDS: For the return of items outside the Netherlands, we ask for a contribution of € 6.50.
